Keep on practicing!

I know it's today! oooh-oooh-oooh-ooh....

Even though we won't have the opportunity to have our LS and MS rehearsals together today, we can still practice on our own. :)

Today is a wonderful and perfect day for all of our amazing cast members to review your lines, songs, and choreography/dances!

Crew please review the script as well in preparation for your running and show crew duties!

MS actors please review your character choices, practice speaking your songs as monologues to work on your inflection and keep on reviewing and rocking out your dance moves & harmonies!!!! Also, make sure to read & review all of the MS performer resources links, they are there to help you shine on stage like the stars you are.  What we put into our practice, shows up on stage!

Stay "tuned" for more updates, info, and excitement to come!!!

Have a great day!

Ms. K

Music Tracks, Inspiration, and Memes!

Non-guide rehearsal vocal tracks have been uploaded to the blog and are located under Important Show Information and Links.

Make sure you are practicing/reviewing/rehearsing your songs and dances every day!  I hear some of our LS cast memebers are rocking it out rehearsing their songs on the playground at Recess! LS ROCKS!  Way to go!!! :)

MS CAST you guys are doing great and really starting to be efficient in rehearsing and reviewing outside of rehearsals and during downtime of rehearsals.

MS, here are some wise, inspirational, motivational words from some amazing creative people!

If I don't practice one day, I know it; two days, the critics know it; three days, the public knows it.
~Jascha Heifetz

I believe that we learn by practice. Whether it means to learn to dance by practicing dancing or to learn to live by practicing living, the principles are the same. In each, it is the performance of a dedicated precise set of acts, physical or intellectual, from which comes shape of achievement, a sense of one's being, a satisfaction of spirit. One becomes, in some area, an athlete of G-d. Practice means to perform, over and over again in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire. Practice is a means of inviting the perfection desired.”
~Martha Graham

It's not necessarily the amount of time you spend at practice that counts; it's what you put into the practice.
~Eric Lindros

I know you've heard it a thousand times before. But it's true -- hard work pays off. If you want to be good, you have to practice, practice, practice.
~Ray Bradbury

You can do something extraordinary, and something that a lot of people can't do. And if you have the opportunity to work on your gifts, it seems like a crime not to.
~Morgan Matson

An Actor is an Athlete of the Heart!
-A.Artaud

HARD WORK, BIG SMILES, PREPARED & CONFIDENT ACTORS LEADS TO HUGE APPLAUSE!
