What do I need to bring to Sunday rehearsals?

All Cast/Crew Info
  • Please bring script to Sunday rehearsal 
  • Please wear shoes in which you can move and dance (NO BOOTS) 
  • Please bring a water bottle (ALL cast and crew) 
  • Snacks will be provided for ALL cast and crew. 
  • PIZZA LUNCH! 
    • This Sunday, all 3rd graders- 8th graders will be able to purchase pizza for lunch, if they choose. Please bring $1.50 per slice. If you do not wish to purchase pizza, please pack a 
      lunch!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Thank you to all who have signed up to assist with our show. If you have not already done so, please click on the Volunteer Link to see the available (yellow) volunteer opportunities we have. The sheet is view only so that no one accidentally overwrites information. Please email Mr. Frank at dfrank@davisacademy.org with the volunteer opportunities you would like to fill.

If you want to join this group and assist with:
  • Sizing leggings/shirts on children
  • Costume/Tunic cutting and decorating (glue gunning and cutting ribbon!)
  • Volunteers with dance backgrounds who can help actors polish dance moves
Please feel free to join.

One additional request. Request for volunteers to serve on special effects make-up application volunteers who have expertise in makeup. These volunteers will report to the March 1 and/or March 8 rehearsal from 9 to 11 to practice the lead-supporting make up designs. Email Mr. Frank if this fits your background experience.

STAR WALL

We will be making a wall of fabulous photos featuring ALL cast and crew! Please send in  onSunday, February 22nd or the following Sunday, March 1st, an envelope with your child's name on it, a 4x6, 5x7, or 8x10 head shot/school picture/close up photo of your child (only your child in the picture please), with their name and grade on the back of the picture and envelope. Photos will NOT be returned so please make a color copy or print a copy if you do not wish to give us an original. For copies of photos - photo paper, card stock, or regular paper are all acceptable.


TICKETS

All ticketing purchasing will be handled through the online system. You will be able to select your seats, pay online with a credit card, and print out your receipt/ticket confirmation (which will serve as your ticket on the day of the show).
